End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to your use of AutoPark Reminder.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AutoPark Reminder, you agree to this License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
AFCONX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AutoPark Reminder for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to this License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license is for use of the app only. You do not acquire ownership of AutoPark Reminder or any intellectual property rights in the app.
2. App purpose
AutoPark Reminder helps users create parking reminders and quickly access their preferred third-party parking app.
AutoPark Reminder does not operate parking services, process parking payments, issue parking permits, manage parking sessions, or act as a municipality, parking provider, enforcement authority, payment provider, or third-party parking app.
3. Third-party parking apps
AutoPark Reminder may show names and icons of third-party parking apps for user recognition and convenience.
AutoPark Reminder is independent and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party parking app or its owner.
All third-party app names, trademarks, and service names belong to their respective owners.
When you open or use a third-party parking app, that third-party app’s own terms, privacy policy, pricing, availability, and responsibility apply.
AFCONX is not responsible for third-party parking apps, parking sessions, payments, prices, fines, penalties, towing, location errors, service outages, or other third-party issues.
4. Parking responsibility
AutoPark Reminder provides reminders as a convenience only.
You remain fully responsible for:
- starting, checking, extending, and ending parking sessions;
- paying for parking;
- selecting the correct vehicle, parking zone, location, and duration;
- following local parking rules, signs, tariffs, permits, and restrictions;
- checking whether reminders, notifications, or third-party apps work correctly;
- any parking fines, fees, penalties, towing costs, or enforcement actions.
AutoPark Reminder does not guarantee that a reminder will prevent missed payments, expired parking sessions, fines, towing, or other consequences.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, except where allowed by law;
- use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- interfere with the app’s security, operation, or availability;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or legal notices;
- use AutoPark Reminder in a way that falsely suggests affiliation with third-party parking apps, Apple, municipalities, or parking providers.
6. Updates and changes
AFCONX may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
Updates may be required to continue using the app. Some features may depend on your device, operating system, region, permissions, third-party apps, or Apple services.
7. Paid features and subscriptions
This section applies only if AutoPark Reminder offers paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid services.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple. Prices, billing periods, renewals, trials, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.
You can manage and cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Nothing in this License Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under Dutch or EU law.
8. Privacy
Your use of AutoPark Reminder is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed, how it is used, and what choices and rights you have.
9. Intellectual property
AutoPark Reminder, including its design, interface, text, graphics, icons, code, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to AFCONX.
Third-party names, trademarks, and service names remain the property of their respective owners.
10. No warranty
AutoPark Reminder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFCONX makes no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFCONX is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, missed reminders, parking fines, penalties, towing costs, payment issues, third-party app issues, service interruptions, or other losses related to your use of the app.
Nothing in this License Agreement excludes or limits liability where this is not allowed by law, including liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, or mandatory consumer rights.
12. Termination
This license continues until terminated.
You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app.
AFCONX may terminate or restrict your license if you violate this License Agreement, misuse the app, create security risks, or use the app unlawfully.
After termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies in your possession.
13. Apple
Apple is not a party to this License Agreement and is not responsible for AutoPark Reminder, its content, maintenance, support, warranties, claims, or third-party claims.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this License Agreement. After you accept this License Agreement, Apple has the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Export and legal compliance
You may not use, export, or re-export AutoPark Reminder except as allowed by applicable laws and regulations.
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to applicable embargoes or sanctions that prohibit use of the app, and that you are not listed on any applicable prohibited or restricted party list.
15. Governing law
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence. These rights are not limited by this License Agreement.
