These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of AutoPark Reminder, including the mobile application, related features, content, and services.

By downloading, accessing, or using AutoPark Reminder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About AutoPark Reminder

AutoPark Reminder is an independent app designed to help users remember, manage, and quickly access parking-related actions, such as opening a preferred third-party parking app or setting parking reminders.

AutoPark Reminder does not operate parking services, sell parking sessions, process parking payments, issue parking permits, or control any third-party parking app.

2. Independent third-party app listing

AutoPark Reminder may show names and icons of third-party parking apps so you can choose your preferred app for quick access.

AutoPark Reminder is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the third-party parking apps shown in the app or their owners.

All third-party app names, icons, service names, trademarks, and related rights belong to their respective owners. App names and icons are shown only to help users recognize and choose the app they want to use.

The order of third-party parking apps may be randomized, rotated, or displayed neutrally. The order does not represent a ranking, recommendation, paid placement, sponsorship, or preference.

No third-party parking app is selected for you by default. You choose your preferred app yourself, and you can change it at any time.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, AutoPark Reminder does not receive payment, commission, affiliate income, or other compensation for displaying or linking to third-party parking apps.

3. Third-party apps, services, and websites

When you open or use a third-party parking app, website, payment service, map service, or other external service, you are using that third-party service under its own terms, privacy policy, pricing, availability, and responsibility.

AutoPark Reminder does not control third-party apps or services and is not responsible for:

• parking sessions started, stopped, extended, or failed in a third-party app;
• payments, tariffs, permits, fines, penalties, or enforcement actions;
• incorrect prices, parking zones, vehicle details, locations, or availability;
• downtime, bugs, delays, notifications, or changes in third-party apps;
• any loss or damage caused by your use of third-party services.

You are responsible for checking that your parking session, payment, vehicle, location, parking zone, and parking time are correct.

4. Parking reminders

AutoPark Reminder provides reminders as a convenience only. Reminders may fail, arrive late, be disabled, be affected by system settings, or not appear because of device, operating system, notification, battery, connectivity, location, or permission settings.

You remain fully responsible for your parking session, local parking rules, payment status, parking duration, vehicle details, and any applicable fees, penalties, or fines.

AutoPark Reminder does not guarantee that a reminder will prevent parking fines, missed payments, expired sessions, towing, or other consequences.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to use AutoPark Reminder only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your device, operating system, and app version up to date;
• granting the permissions needed for features you choose to use;
• checking reminder times and parking details yourself;
• complying with local parking laws, rules, signs, tariffs, and restrictions;
• using third-party parking apps correctly;
• not misusing, copying, reverse-engineering, disrupting, or abusing the app.

6. App availability and changes

AutoPark Reminder may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed.

The app may not always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, operating system version, region, third-party app, or service.

Where reasonably possible, important changes will be communicated in the app, through release notes, or by other suitable means.

7. Paid features, subscriptions, and purchases

This section applies only if AutoPark Reminder offers paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid services.

Prices, billing periods, trial periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple under Apple’s payment and App Store terms.

You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Where legally required, consumers may have withdrawal or cancellation rights. Some digital services may start immediately after purchase if you explicitly request immediate access and acknowledge that this may affect your withdrawal rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under Dutch or EU law.

8. Privacy

Your use of AutoPark Reminder is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.

AutoPark Reminder should not send, sell, or share information about which third-party parking apps are installed on your device for advertising, analytics, ranking, or paid placement purposes.

9. Intellectual property

AutoPark Reminder, including its design, text, graphics, icons, code, features, branding, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to AFCONX.

You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app, except where such restriction is not allowed by applicable law.

10. Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feedback, you allow AFCONX to use that feedback to improve the app without payment or obligation to you.

11. Disclaimer

AutoPark Reminder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFCONX makes no guarantees that the app will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific situation.

AutoPark Reminder is not a parking operator, payment provider, municipality, enforcement authority, permit provider, or official representative of any third-party parking app.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFCONX is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, missed reminders, parking fines, penalties, towing costs, payment issues, third-party app issues, or other losses related to your use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this is not allowed by law, including liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, or mandatory consumer rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using AutoPark Reminder at any time by deleting the app.

AFCONX may suspend or restrict access to the app if you misuse the app, violate these Terms, create security risks, or use the app unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should continue to apply after termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available in the app or through another suitable location.

If changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to inform users. Continued use of AutoPark Reminder after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence. These rights are not limited by these Terms.
